He received the award at a Feb. 23 event.</div><div><br/></div><div>Arthur's award is among others given Engineer of the Year, Young Engineer of the Year, Outstanding PE in Private Practice, Outstanding PE in Construction, Outstanding PE in Industry, Outstanding PE in Education and Outstanding PE in government.
