ESE Degrees

Our department offers two professional degrees: BS in Electrical Engineering and a BS in Systems Science & Engineering. We also offer two more flexible non-professional degrees: BS in Applied Science (Electrical Engineering) and BS in Applied Science (Systems Science & Engineering).

The degrees Master of Science in Electrical Engineering (MSEE), Master of Science in Systems Science & Mathematics (MSSSM) and Master of Control Engineering (MCE) are all participating graduate degrees, and these may be combined with any undergraduate degree that provides the appropriate background.

It is also possible to pursue two majors within a reasonable time schedule. In many cases you can add Electrical Engineering or Systems Science & Engineering as a second major and still complete your degree in 4 years. If you are not quite ready to commit to a second major, you can choose to pursue a minor.
