GRADING INFORMATION

 

The following is an approximate breakdown of the contributors to your grade:

 

Homework 20 %

Midterm Exam 30 %

Final Exam 50 %

 

Homework:  Problems will be assigned each Wednesday from the even numbered problems in the book.   Homework is due the following week by the start of class.  Homework should be turned in to the box outside Urbauer 211.  Late homework will not be accepted for any reason.

 

Exams:  You may bring a one-page, two-sided, handwritten reference sheet to each of the exams, as well as a calculator and the textbook.  No other materials are allowed, such as notes and graded assignments.  The final exam is cumulative but will focus on material not previously tested.
